Walk-in or appointment. Appointments get a private cabin so the evaluation is not done at a public counter.

Jewellery, coins, bars and scrap are separated so each lot is tested for what it actually is — not guessed as one pile.

You get a written offer

One total, explained line by line. No “final-final” after you have already agreed.

You choose

Accept and we settle in the same visit. Decline and you take every piece back. That is the whole relationship.
